First Medical Management (FMM) is a partnership between MTC Medical, LLC and First Care Solutions. LLC. They have joined forces to offer the correctional medical industry the benefit of their combined experience in full-service security, medical, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and records services in prisons and jails. FMM offers a unique blend of corporate experiences and a leadership team that affords its customers balanced and effective services.

FMM recognizes that the service population within corrections is unique and displays significant health problems.
